From SFnal
SFnal allows you to explore details and connections between aspects of literary Science Fiction. The authors, awards, conventions, clubs, fanzines and fans. Items have descriptions, maps, photo albums, timelines, powerful filters and targeted searches.
Part of the Expounder family of websites, it does not host much original content, but uses Wikidata as a backbone to display Wikipedia and Wikimedia data and link to other sites in a friendly fashion.
Read about Intervention, a 1997 Eastercon in the United Kingdom whose guests of honour included Dave Langford, or read about his Ansible fanzine.
The site is a work in progress. If authors are missing, its probably because they are not both in the Science Fiction Encyclopedia and ISFDB, a measure to keep numbers down for the moment. For conventions, fanzines and fans, its probably because they aren't in Wikidata yet. Comments on site functionality to webmaster John Bray, errors in content can be fixed by editing Wikidata.
It has 12,747 pages on 8,491 people, 263 classes, 4 subpages, 186 areas, 1,149 events, 58 organisations and 1,859 publications.
